Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ENYOISHERO LTD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through our multi-channel supply-chain management application, HouERP (the "Service"), including data accessed via the Etsy Open API v3.

1. Who We Are

HouERP is operated by ENYOISHERO LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16920201, SIC Code 47910). Registered Office: OFFICE 16148, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom E6 2JA.

We build thoughtful tools for independent creators and artisans — helping them manage orders, arrange shipping, and protect their handmade pieces. We connect to Etsy exclusively through the official Etsy Open API v3, in full compliance with the Etsy API Terms of Use: we never perform bulk or automated listing creation, never scrape Etsy data, and never circumvent Etsy's systems or detection.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect an Etsy shop to the Service, we may access and store the following categories of data through the Etsy API:

  • Shop identity and account metadata (shop ID, shop name, and authorization state);
  • Listing data you create or manage, including titles, descriptions, images, inventory, and pricing;
  • Order and receipt data, including transaction records, SKUs, quantities, prices, and fulfilment status;
  • Financial data from your Etsy payments ledger, such as deposits, fees, refunds, and balances;
  • Customer service data, including messages and reviews associated with your shop;
  • Shipment and tracking information provided to us for order fulfilment.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Service, including to:

  • Provide the features you request, such as listing management, order synchronization, and automatic shipment-tracking return to Etsy;
  • Perform financial reconciliation and analytics for your own business operations;
  • Support customer service, review monitoring, and shop operations;
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Accessed Through the Etsy API

When you authorize the Service through Etsy OAuth 2.0, we access only the minimum data required to provide the functionality you use. Access is scoped to the permissions you approve, and we do not use Etsy data for any purpose other than operating the Service for you. We comply with the Etsy API Terms of Use, the Etsy Developer Terms, and all applicable data-protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where they apply.

5. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers’ data to any third party. We do not monetize data through advertising or by sharing information with data brokers. Data is processed only for the purposes described in this Policy.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers (e.g., logistics carriers such as our shipping partners, cloud hosting, and support tools) that act on our behalf under contractual obligations to keep data confidential and secure;
  • When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued confidentiality protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you disconnect a shop or terminate your account, we delete or de-identify your data in accordance with our retention schedule and applicable law.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege authorization for personnel. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only to make authorized API requests on your behalf.

9. Your Rights (UK GDPR & GDPR)

Where applicable, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
